Warehousing Facilities

At our premises in Cheshire, we can have capacity to store customers' own fabrics too. This convenient solution creates efficiencies for order processing. Alternatively, you're welcome to provide the fabrics on an individual order basis.

Customers are welcome to visit us at their convenience to review stored fabrics, discuss business development, and observe our printing processes in action.

QUESTIONS ABOUT BESPOKE PRINTING

Q. What fabrics can you print onto? A. We specialise in printing onto polyester / elastane (lycra) blended fabrics & have recently added woven fabrics to compliment our range. We ensure the needs of the customer are met and will continue to develop our bases and listen to Industry requirement.

Q. What is the cost of printing? A. The price depends on the fabric quality you choose, quantity ordered and ink coverage of design. Please contact us for a quotation.

Q. What file types can you accept? A. We can accept files in TIF, PSD, AVA or JPG format. Please contact us for further clarification.

Q. What resolution should I create my design in? A. Repeating tile files should be a minimum of 180dpi and a maximum of 300dpi at the desired print size. Please contact us for further clarification.

Q. How will you colour match my design? A. For our Print from File service we simply print the file you send us with no colour correction, you check the sample, adjust if necessary and resubmit a new file. For our other print services you can share a hard copy colour example or choose from our colour palette.

Q. Do you have a minimum or maximum production order for bespoke printing? A. We print from one metre to thousands of metres.

Q. What are your lead times? A. Depending on the printing schedule we can generally produce a sample within 5 days. For production meterage most jobs can be completed within 2 weeks.

Q. Can I supply my own fabric for you to print on? A. Yes, subject to surcharge, certain terms, conditions and testing fabric for print suitability.

Q. How can I send my file to you? A. The best way to send us files is through our WeTransfer page. Click the button below, attach your file and upload.
